ENVIRONTEC powered by ÖKOINDUSTRIA

One of the most important international trade exhibitions for the environmental profession has come to an end, bringing together organisations committed to sustainability and climate protection. The focus was on the environmental industry, waste, water, air quality and sustainable, innovative solutions. ENVIRONTEC powered by ÖKOINDUSTRIA is a new development of HUNGEXPO, in close cooperation with the Hungarian Association of Environmental Enterprises (HAEE). Both exhibitors and visitors rated the event a success, with several professional conferences in addition to the new products on display.

HUNGEXPO Zrt., as a traditional and prominent player in the domestic and Central-Eastern European exhibition market, will introduce a new, gap-filling exhibition on the Hungarian market in the fall of 2024.

The first ENVIRONTEC powered by ÖKOINDUSTRIA international trade fair for environmental industry, infrastructure development, waste and water management will open its doors in cooperation with the Hungarian Association of Environmental Enterprises and with the professional support of Messe & Marketing Michael Pittscheidt.

The venue will be the renewed HUNGEXPO Budapest Convention and Exhibition Center, which is now the most modern conference and exhibition center in the Central-Eastern European region.

The focus of the exhibition is one of the most important questions of the 21st century: how can we keep our environment at a livable level by transforming our society, economy, and industrial activities, with adaptation practices and serve economic actors interested and active in mitigation and resilience?

The aim of the ENVIRONTEC powered by ÖKOINDUSTRIA exhibition is for professional visitors interested in the latest sector and industry trends, EU regulations (taxonomy, ESG, ESRS, CSRD) and environmental technologies to learn about the innovations and effective solutions of the domestic and international environmental industry and, thanks to the regional business platform, new build business relationships for future collaborations.
